Fairly clean property with exceptionally pleasant staff with another cheerful and friendly staff member. Exceptional setting, close enough to the oldtown, many bar's and clubs, and the restaurant. New-fashioned standard king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Superb food selection.

Lavish hotel overall, is has excellent service and awesome location close to everything. The staff are pretty friendly and the room is reasonably large and stylish with a view of the biggest orthodox church. The price is just right - usd 99.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast and afternoon coffee break, we ordered healthy dishes. The location was excellent, not too far away from an ornamental drinking fountain. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lively and excellent!
Some people working there were noisy.

The location of Central Sarajevo is perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily explore all the main tourist sites without having to travel far. Our room, a spacious junior suite, had a fantastic view of the biggest orthodox church. The bed was comfortable and the room size was sufficient for our needs. The staff, especially the friendly front desk personnel and housekeeping lady, were kind and accommodating. The pool area, although a bit dark, had a great length for swimming. I also loved the dark tiles in the bathroom, it added a touch of elegance.
